Refund Policy:
- Refunds are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

- Cancellations are not permitted after the order has been shipped.

- For defective items, please include photographs.

- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. However, it may take 14 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account. For reference, our trading name will be Yami Enterprise.
