Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Surdeep Spices, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policy below:

1. Refund Policy:

   • Refunds are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
   • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
   • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
   • Cancellations are not permitted after the order has been shipped.

3. Return Process:

   • Contact our support team at info@surdeepspices.com with your order ID, Name, Contact details, and reason for return.
   • For defective items, please include photographs.

4. Refund Processing:

   • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7 business days. However, it may take 14 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account. For reference, our trading name will be Yami Enterprise.
   • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

5. Shipping Costs:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

6. Exceptions:

   • We do not accept returns for:
     • Opened or used products.
     • Customized orders or if the order is delivered to you and can’t make return case raise within 1-2 days.
