      • We use Shiprocket and other trusted third-party logistics partners to deliver your orders efficiently across India.
      • Delivery times and availability depend on the delivery partner servicing your area.

2. Processing Time

      • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
      • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

      • Delivery times vary depending on your location:
        • Metro cities: 3-5 business days.
        • Non-metro cities: 5-7 business days.
        • Remote areas: 7-10 business days.
      • Note: These time frames are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or courier issues).

4. Delivery Charges

      • Free Shipping: Available for certain areas only you can check it while doing the checkout section.
      • Standard Shipping Fee: Shipping charges apply to all products also please check on the website.
      • Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

      • Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the tracking ID provided in your confirmation email or SMS.
      • Order tracking details will be sent to you by email/mobile number once the order is successfully placed and verified.

      • If delivery fails due to incorrect address details or unavailability of the recipient, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you or schedule a re-delivery.
      • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.

7. Delivery Restrictions

      • We currently deliver only within India. Certain remote locations may not be serviceable due to courier limitations.
      • If your location is not covered, we will inform you at the time of order placement and process a full refund.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

      • In the event your order is damaged during transit:
        • Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
        • Provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging.
      • For missing items:
        • Contact us immediately, and we will investigate the issue with our delivery partner.

9. Delays and Exceptions

      • Delivery times may be extended during peak periods such as holidays or festivals.
      • We are not responsible for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or issues with third-party couriers.
